Here are the first steps we recommend for a new member in order to start taking advantage of all that the University has to offer, as well as getting the right start to success with your new social media marketing campaign:
- Go to the Getting Started Series that walks you through everything important to know BEFORE starting a social media marketing campaign. This series contains all the critical training that social media experts view as priceless to anyone just starting out! Plus, it will help set your expectations for what you will need to do to be successful in promoting your business with social media.
- Next, check out the step-by-step, do-it-yourself, Training Webinars that are laid out in priority order of what to do from the beginning. You will also find upcoming webinar schedules on this page as well. After reading through the Getting Started Series, a full training curriculum is waiting for you.
- You can access all the University’s training (how-to articles, videos and webinars) within the training modules found on the home page or in the sidebar of any page on the site. You will find easy to follow, how-to tutorials on most any social media marketing subject you can imagine.
For anyone that is already feeling overwhelmed, please remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day. We simply suggest starting in sequence as recommended above and you will see obvious benefits for your business from day one. In fact, we start you out with the things that you only have to do once, but will make a big difference with your business!
The webinars are designed to build on each other, with the most important steps to complete coming first. Certainly, if you are ready to move on, or at a more advanced stage, use the webinars and how-to articles in the training modules as your own learning ground for whatever you would like to do.
