Facebook recently created a new feature for pages that allows a new “reply” feature to be added into the comments area of posts. This is great news for us as marketers because now you can reply to just one person’s comments, amongst others, on a post. It is a more personal interaction, even though it is a public comment that can be seen by all. However, only the person being replied to will get notified.
