Participate in up to the first two steps of the Fast Track program. If you don’t feel we’ve delivered on our promise within those two steps, send us an email.

We’ll ask for your completed course work on your brand strategy and validated niche to make sure you gave it a go, and ask what didn’t work for you so we can learn and improve. Once we receive your completed course work, you’ll get a swift and complete refund.

Also, remember, we are here to help by reviewing your work individually and giving direct advice for how to make improvements. We are very invested in making sure you succeed and simply ask the same of you.

Do pay attention to dates. We make the seven-day refund deadline extremely clear to everyone who signs up.

The deadline exists because, if you sign up for the University, we want you to get started. We pour enormous human effort into this program and we want to devote that effort to students who are committed. If you don’t plan on starting right away, make sure this is the right investment for you as the refund period does have a firm deadline.

If you do the work and don’t get the value, submit your completed homework within the first seven days, and get a full and complete refund. Simple as that.

Practical Social Media does not refund membership fees even if any or all portions of a membership were not used.  For example, if a member registers for the University, but never uses it, that does NOT warrant a refund.  Membership and use thereof is completely voluntary in all cases, and under no circumstances does non-use of a membership warrant a refund.

By subscribing to the Practical Social Media University, you acknowledge and accept this written Return Policy, also acknowledging and accepting PSM’s refund policy.

A membership may be canceled at any time with a simple written request.  Upon receipt of a written cancellation request, no further charges will be made.
